Foreclosure For Sale
We connect foreclosure properties with investors known to invest in the area. If you would like for us to add you to our list of investors, let us know. You will receive a text and email regarding the property and relevant information about the payoff information and timeframe.
Investor Assignment
Once you have selected a property, you will be sent a purchase agreement detailing the terms of the purchase of the property. Buyers cover the closing costs, and other fess associated with the sale.
Inspections
If there are assessments or home inspections you would like to schedule, we coordinate directly with the current owner. We also work with local management companies if you need to have the home professionally managed.
Settlement & Closing
Once all the inspections are completed, you will receive the Settlement Statement from the closing attorney that you will need to sign. After the sale, we can coordinate with a local management company that will prepare lease documents. Typically, the lease is month to month. You will receive the lease documents and information on how to move forward with your new investment, stress free.
